Wie beim irischen Tanz oder Gesang wird auch beim Whiskey das Wissen und Können von Generation zu Generation weitergegeben. Ein großer Whiskey muss jahrzehntelang reifen und gewinnt so immer mehr an Charakter. So ist es auch mit großen Künstlern.

Das Album beginnt auch gleich im alt gewohnten energetischen Tosspints Sound und auch die Texte sind immer noch sehr direkt und ehrlich und haben nichts mit fröhlichen Trink-Hymnen, die man von einer Band namens The Tosspints erwartet zu tun.
